The problem

Shopify silently drops bounced emails. You find out when they dispute the charge.

Caught in time, a 30-second text saves the order. Missed, that's a $200 sale refunded, a $15 dispute fee, and a one-star review. All over a typo.

Yes, as long as you're using Shopify's built-in customer notifications - the automatic emails Shopify sends your customers for orders, shipping, refunds, and cancellations. If you're on Shopify Plus and have moved those to a third party like Klaviyo or Omnisend, then no.

Most bounces are caught within seconds. Slow-server rejections are caught the same day. Either way, you'll know before the customer calls.

Yes, if you're using Shopify's built-in customer notifications - the automatic emails Shopify sends your customers. The one exception: Plus merchants who've moved those emails to a third-party platform like Klaviyo. Those bypass Shopify entirely and we won't be able to alert you.

We scan your last 30 days on install and send you a single summary email with any bounces we find. After that, alerts are per-bounce as they happen.

Order ID, customer email address, and when the bounce was detected. Phone numbers and order details are fetched live from Shopify when we send your alert. Everything is deleted when you uninstall.
